I lead New Partnerships and Marketing at The Center Consultancy. I connect organizations to the right programs, build relationships with prospective partners, and make sure our brand, outreach, and content clearly reflect the depth of our work.
And what’s your story? As in, what makes you tick?
I’m driven by connection, curiosity, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to belong. As a woman of color who spent more than a decade in technology sales at some of the world’s leading cloud and technology companies leading teams and partnering with enterprise clients—I know firsthand what it means to perform at a high level while navigating systems where you’re underrepresented. Those experiences shaped how I lead and why this work matters so deeply to me.That perspective fuels my commitment to ensuring that, from the C-suite to frontline employees, no one feels left out, overlooked, or uncertain about whether they belong. At the heart of my work is deep listening, trust-building, and helping people lead in ways that feel authentic to them. I bring both lived experience and professional rigor grounded in years of working within complex, fast-paced organizations—to my partnerships with clients.
What ultimately makes me tick is seeing individuals grow in confidence and clarity, and helping organizations build cultures where people can lead fully, contribute meaningfully, and thrive.
